Burlingame Minimum Wage Poster

Note: Employers who fail to comply with Burlingame posting requirements and local employment laws may be subject to administrative citations, penalties and civil actions.

Covered Employers/Employees

All employers must pay no less than the City of Burlingame’s minimum wage to all employees who work within the geographic boundaries of the City of Burlingame, for each hour worked in Burlingame.

Required Notices

CalChamber’s 15.5" x 22" Burlingame Minimum Wage poster (English, Spanish, Chinese and Vietnamese combined) contains the official Burlingame Minimum Wage notice.

Posting Specifics

Employers must post the minimum wage notice in a conspicuous place at any workplace or jobsite where any employee works, where it will be seen by all employees.
