Posting Specifics

Employers must display the applicable posters in a prominent place at the workplace or job site where any employee works, usually in a break room or similar common space.

Covered employers must post notices informing employees of their rights under these ordinances:

The Emeryville Labor Law Poster (24.5” x 16”) in English/Spanish/Chinese combined contains the official employment notices required by City of Emeryville’s Minimum Wage and Paid Sick Leave Ordinances. These notice obligations apply to all employers with employees, including part-time and temporary employees, who perform at least two hours of work in one calendar week in Emeryville. The poster must be posted in all languages spoken by 10 percent or more of your employees at a location.
