Note that the California and Federal Notices poster includes all five of the federal notices that employers are required to post. If a state has their own OSHA notice, the state version of this notice can be used instead of the federal Job Safety and Health notice.

In addition to federal posters, many states also have separate posting requirements. Check with the states in which your employees are located for any required state posters. CalChamber sells 12 out-of-state posters that include the federal notices.
