All employers, who maintain a business facility in the City of Mountain View or are subject to the city’s business license requirements, with employees who perform at least two (2) hours of work in a calendar week in Mountain View.

Required Notices

CalChamber’s 16” x 24” Mountain View Minimum Wage poster (English and Spanish combined) contains the official notice as required by the City of Mountain View Minimum Wage Ordinance.

Every employer must post the Mountain View minimum wage notice at any workplace or job site where any employee works.

Posting Specifics

Employers must post this notice in any language spoken by at least 5% of the employees at the workplace or job site.
