All employers who conduct business in the City of Palo Alto, maintain a business facility in the city, or are subject to the city's business registry requirements — with employees who perform at least two (2) hours of work per week in Palo Alto.

Every employer must post the City of Palo Alto’s minimum wage notice and know your rights poster in a conspicuous place at any workplace or jobsite where any employee works.

Posting Specifics

Employers must post these notices in all languages spoken by at least 5% of employees at the workplace or jobsite.
