Covered Employers/Employees

All employers must pay no less than the City of San Carlos minimum wage to all employees who work at least two (2) hours per week within the geographic boundaries of the City of San Carlos, for each hour worked in San Carlos.

Posting Specifics

Employers must post the minimum wage notice in a conspicuous place at any workplace or jobsite where any employee works.
