Santa Clara Minimum Wage

Covered Employers/Employees

All employers who maintain a facility in Santa Clara or are subject to the city’s business license tax. All employees who perform at least two hours (2) of work in a calendar week within the geographic boundaries of the City of Santa Clara must be paid no less than the minimum wage for each hour worked.

Every employer must post the Santa Clara minimum wage notice in a conspicuous place at any workplace or job site where any employee works.

Posting Specifics

Employers must post this notice in the top three languages spoken in the city, based on latest available census information.
