Covered Employers/Employees

All employees who perform at least two (2) hours of work within the geographic boundaries of the City of Santa Rosa must be paid no less than the Santa Rosa minimum wage for each hour worked in Santa Rosa.

Required Notices

Posting Specifics

Employers must post the minimum wage notice in each language spoken by more than ten percent of an employer’s workforce, in a conspicuous place at each workplace or jobsite where any employee works.
