All employers who maintain a facility in the City of Sunnyvale or are subject to the city's business license tax — with employees who perform at least two (2) hours of work in a calendar week within the geographical boundaries of the city

CalChamber’s 24” x 24” Sunnyvale Minimum Wage poster (English, Spanish, Chinese combined) contains the official notice with the current minimum wage as required by the City of Sunnyvale Minimum Wage Ordinance.

Every employer must post the City of Sunnyvale minimum wage notice in a conspicuous place at any workplace or job site where any employee works.

Posting Specifics

Employers must post this notice in the top three languages spoken in the city based on the latest available census information.
